I work as an attorney. I graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. Before I became professionally involved in law, I had acquired experiences which – in my opinion – enrich me as a lawyer and allow me to understand the problems of my customers better: I played violin in an orchestra, conducted fitness and dancing exercises in a preschool, worked in a theatre and at an export department of a large company.
Since the moment of passing the examination for lawyers in 2003, I have been a member of the District Council of Attorneys in Cracow. After practicing my profession for several years, I focused on the aspects that I like best and have the most extensive knowledge on: civil and family law. I try not only to extend my knowledge by participating in various training sessions, courses and scientific conferences, but I also share information via blogs (www.blogrozwod.wordpress.com and www.blog.kancelariaswaczyna.pl ). Thanks to cooperation with a notary public, a patent agent, a tax advisor, foreign lawyers, as well as certified translators, I am able to provide comprehensive assistance which enables you to save time on contacting other specialists.
I always make sure that my customers are being informed on an ongoing basis about their cases. For this purpose, I make use of modern communication methods, which greatly simplify and accelerate the flow of information. I care that persons who make use of my services – asking for a legal advice or representation in court – understand the situation that they are in.
I can firmly defend the interests of persons whom I represent. The basis of my work is the ability to listen and to look for optimum solutions to a problem. I make sure that persons who use my help are aware of their options and make an informed decision which is best for them.
You are heartily welcome to contact me.
