AGNIESZKA SWACZYNA – ADVOCATE
I have been advising on family and inheritance matters for over 15 years, I conduct court cases, provide out of court negotiations, and mediate in family and civil cases. I pay special attention to the cases regarding parental child abduction (as per the Hague Convention of 1980 on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction). I am a member of LEPCA (Lawyers in Europe on Parental Child Abduction) and MIKK (Internationales Mediationszentrum für Familienkonflikte und Kindesentführung). I am also a violinist. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. During the studies, she was the chairman of the Labor Law Section of the Association of Law Students’ Library of the Jagiellonian University (pol. Towarzystwo Biblioteki Słuchaczów Prawa Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego – TBSP UJ). She completed an attorney training under the patronage of adv. Agnieszka Swaczyna. She is entered into the list of advocates of the Bar Association in Krakow. She has been associated with the law firm since 2014.
She has been associated with the law firm since 2017. She is objective, inquiring, with great commitment, she supports the law firm with her work. In 2018, she was awarded a scholarship and she participated in the training: European Academy of Law w Trier: Summer Course on Human Rights and the Rule of Law in EU.
